There is a great blog post about this show posted here by an attendee:

He discusses the Dead's odd departure from their regular touring schedule to play shows in January, something they hadn't done since 1970. In all, this tour was a bust. Jerry's voice was marred by laryngitis, and shows were filled with Bobby-only tunes. Things start sounding better towards the end of the month, but, in all, it was a pretty lackluster outing.

This is a good quality aud. Just wish the levels were a bit higher. Forgettable first set but Terrapin-Playin, esp the later, are great.

Absolutely love jerry's paper thin, frail voice! sound quaility is bit low

Subject: Wow.
What a spacey, intense second set. Playing gets way out there, as does Wharf Rat: the first WR solo is beyond wild.

This new seed is really nice, too. Put on headphones and you are there!
